Shopping with TRISONS
TRISONS offers jewelry through shoptrisons.com. Please review each product description, size, options, price, shipping charges, and personalization before placing an order. Prices are displayed in US dollars. Applicable shipping charges and taxes are shown at checkout.
Product details and custom requests
Materials and sourcing vary by piece. Follow the individual listing and contact trisonsseattle@gmail.com if you need clarification before ordering. Handmade pieces can have small variations, but your item must match its description and agreed customization.
A custom inquiry is not an order. We confirm the design, spelling, size, price, and timing before custom work begins. Please check personalization carefully. Changes or cancellation requests should be emailed promptly; we will confirm what is possible based on production status.
Production, shipping, and returns
Standard production is 3–5 days ready to ship. Rush production is available for an additional $15, arranged before ordering, with shipment within 48 hours of ordering. Carrier transit is additional. Our Shipping policy and Return and refund policy explain delivery estimates, return eligibility, shipping costs, and the custom-name exclusion.
If we cannot fulfill your order, we will contact you and refund any payment taken. If we discover a material error in a listing or price, we will contact you to resolve it before fulfillment rather than make an unapproved substitution or charge.
